Holding a Safety Month Meeting to Strengthen Safety Responsibilities
To implement the requirements of the National Work Safety Month campaign, align safety priorities across the company, strengthen safety responsibilities at all levels, identify and eliminate potential risks, and improve employees’ emergency response capabilities, Shandong Lunan New Material Co., Ltd. organized a special meeting for the 2026 Work Safety Month.
The meeting emphasized that all departments and workshops should promptly communicate the key requirements of the meeting and implement the company's safety month activity plan, safety knowledge competition plan, and relevant management requirements.
Each department was required to develop specific action plans, assign responsibilities, define measures and deadlines, and focus on key areas including hazard identification and rectification, safety education, job skills training, and emergency response drills.
Through these measures, the company aims to ensure that every safety requirement is implemented effectively, every identified issue is addressed promptly, and the results of safety improvements are maintained over the long term.
Comprehensive Hazard Inspections to Strengthen the Safety Foundation
In response to the 2026 Work Safety Month theme, “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies — Identifying and Eliminating Safety Risks and Hazards,” the company continued to strengthen its responsibility for workplace safety.
Taking the Safety Month inspection campaign as an opportunity, the company carried out regular workshop inspections, team-based cross-checks, and employee self-inspections. Follow-up inspections were also conducted to verify that previously identified hazards had been effectively addressed.
At the same time, the company organized emergency response drills and incorporated risk identification and hazard control into daily production activities.
Through these practical measures, the company works to prevent and control safety risks at their source, protect employee safety, and maintain stable and orderly production.
Safety Knowledge Competition: Learning Through Practice
To help employees better understand and apply workplace safety knowledge, the company organized a safety knowledge competition.
The competition focused on practical workplace requirements and covered key areas such as safety laws and regulations, operating procedures, hazard identification, emergency response, and fire safety.
During the competition, participants demonstrated strong engagement and quick responses. The atmosphere was both competitive and well organized.
Through the combination of learning and competition, employees were able to identify knowledge gaps, reinforce key safety requirements, and improve their understanding of workplace safety.
