Light Yellow Balance Paper

1.Natural soft light‑yellow shade. No harsh grey‑white contrast occurs when partial back‑side exposure happens. Compatible with warm‑toned veneers such as oak and light log finishes to minimize visual defects caused by color show‑through.

2.Specially modified fiber formula keeps shrinkage fluctuation stable under variable humidity‑temperature conditions. It continuously offsets tension from front decorative layers even under climate differences or sea transportation, lowering later‑stage arching risks of finished panels.

3.Optimized pore structure enables even melamine resin penetration. Tight bonding with substrate after hot pressing without hollowing, delamination or bubbling, compatible with continuous and intermittent hot‑press processes.

4.Excellent dry & wet tensile strength reduces web breakage risk on high‑speed impregnation lines. Strict control over surface impurities and pinholes cuts down downtime caused by resin spots and paper rupture, improving downstream production efficiency.

Products Description

Light Yellow Balance Paper is a dedicated back‑side balancing substrate for wood‑based panels, supporting panels with log‑style and cream‑style decorative surfaces for matching with front‑face decorative paper. Produced via intelligent papermaking, constant‑temperature curing and closed‑loop tension correction processes with scientifically proportionated long‑short fibers blended with low‑shrinkage modified components, moisture‑proof additives and tension‑regulating formula. It counteracts stress from decorative layers and restrains panel warping, arching and twisting. Its light‑yellow base tone reduces show‑through risks; when the back panel is slightly exposed, it delivers visually harmonious effect with log‑tone surfaces. It serves as special balancing supporting material for custom furniture panels, melamine panels and laminated decorative panels.

Production Line

Light Yellow Balance Paper is manufactured on Lunan New Materials’ intelligent production line for special balance paper. The full workflow includes pulp preparation, functional additive blending, sheet forming, multi‑stage pressing, segmented constant‑temperature drying, calendering, on‑line quality inspection and rewinding & slitting. Equipped with dedicated color‑mixing system, colorants are fully blended into pulp fibers to achieve in‑mass dyeing and avoid color‑loss risks of surface‑dyed paper. Closed‑loop real‑time monitoring tracks basis weight, moisture content and hue. On‑line inspection eliminates defects including pinholes and pulp lumps. Controlled‑tension winding ensures compact rolls with neat end faces. Consistent hue and physical performance are guaranteed to satisfy mass‑production demands from domestic furniture manufacturers and overseas export clients.

Packaging & Shipping

Each paper roll is lined with a moisture‑proof PE inner film and fully wrapped with multiple layers of high‑strength kraft paper. Reinforced heavy‑duty paper edge guards are fitted on both ends of the roll to protect the end faces against collision damage, moisture ingress and linting caused by friction.

Exclusive shipping marks are affixed to every roll, indicating color code, batch number, basis weight, width, net weight and moisture‑proof symbol.

Buffer gaskets are placed between paper rolls, and the whole pallet is securely fastened with stretch film. Sufficient desiccants are placed inside the container to prevent condensation under high‑humidity sea‑transport conditions.

Both FCL and LCL shipments are available. Rolls of different color codes shall be placed in separate zones within one container to avoid color smudge from compression and friction. Rain‑proof and moisture‑proof measures shall be implemented throughout storage and transportation.

After-Sales Service

Factory inspection reports containing measured data of shrinkage rate, dry‑wet strength, moisture and color difference are delivered with each batch. Third‑party test certificates can be provided upon request for incoming inspection and bidding documentation.

The valid period for appearance‑quality claim is 4 working days upon goods receipt. For damages such as guard breakage, paper dampness and end‑face dents found after unpacking, complete unboxing videos and photos shall be submitted. Replacement and technical evaluation solutions will be offered after verification; verbal complaints without supporting evidence will not be accepted.

Color‑code and batch archive system is established with permanent storage of customer‑confirmed samples. Reproduction strictly follows archived samples. For customized special light‑yellow shades, trial rolls will be sent for customer hue confirmation prior to mass production. Free test samples are available for customer machine trial.

FAQ

Q1: Will Light Yellow Balance Paper turn deeper yellow after hot pressing?

A: Heat‑resistant in‑pulp colorants are adopted to secure stable hue under conventional 165‑195℃ hot‑press conditions. Minor visual deviation may result from hot‑press temperature, duration and resin formulation. Pre‑production hot‑press sampling confirmation is recommended before mass order.

Q2: Can Light Yellow Balance Paper be used for laminate flooring back side?

A: It is applicable for custom‑made furniture flooring. For high‑volume high‑speed laminate flooring production, special high‑wet‑strength flooring balance paper is preferred. This grade is more suitable for cabinet panels and thick decorative wood‑based panels.

Q3: Can the yellow tone be adjusted lighter or darker? What is the MOQ?

A: Custom color tuning for lighter or darker shades is available. Standard color has no MOQ requirement. Please contact sales for MOQ and lead‑time for special customized light‑yellow tones.

Q4: What are special storage requirements?

A: Store in constant‑temperature dry warehouse, avoid ground moisture backflow. Store rolls in upright position without heavy stacking. Finish usage promptly after unpacking. Prolonged exposure to high‑humidity environment will degrade paper physical properties.

Application Scenarios

1.Log‑style & cream‑style custom furniture cabinet panels

Back‑side balancing layer for MDF / particle‑board melamine panels. Realize soft visual consistency with log veneers when back‑side is partially exposed.

2.Melamine laminated panels for residential & commercial projects

Back‑side substrate for large‑volume interior decorative panels, balancing panel stress and reducing finished‑product deformation.

3.Balancing supporting layer for thick fire‑retardant decorative panels
