Products Description
Black brown balance paper falls within the decorative base paper range produced by Lunan New Materials. The product is manufactured on long web paper making equipment, using premium imported wood pulp blended with functional mineral additives. It serves as rear side backing material for wood based panels that go through melamine resin treatment.
This paper neutralizes internal stress built up throughout hot press operations and delivers strong covering capacity for board substrates. Its physical performance stays consistent during resin impregnation and high pressure lamination work flows. The even black brown shade cuts down light leakage from the board reverse side. This product fits mass production needs for laminate flooring, HPL panels and melamine coated composite boards.

Production Line
Raw wood pulp and functional color fillers get proportionally mixed and fed into paper making machines for sheet forming, pressing and drying processes. Online real time inspection tracks basis weight, tensile strength, moisture content and color difference. After rewinding into jumbo rolls, finished products go through visual and physical checks before entering warehouse. The whole manufacturing process runs under strict quality management standards to guarantee consistent performance between batches.

Packaging & Shipping
Each jumbo roll of black brown balance paper is packaged separately. Both ends of the paper roll are equipped with hard edge guards to protect the end surface from collision damage. The whole roll is wrapped with waterproof film to block moisture during transportation. Every roll carries clear labels showing product name, basis weight, width, batch number and gross weight.
Paper rolls must be placed vertically in storage and shipment. Horizontal stacking is forbidden to avoid roll deformation. Keep goods in dry and ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight and wet materials. Under proper storage environment, the product can maintain stable performance within six months. We cooperate with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe cargo delivery.

Q: Can factory inspection reports be provided?
A: Yes. Factory issued test reports are available on request.
Application Scenarios
1.Modular Cabinet Panel Production: It works as rear balancing material for melamine impregnated particle board and MDF panels for modular cabinets. It offsets stress difference from front decorative layers and improves flatness of cabinet boards for residential and apartment projects.
2.Interior Door and Door Skin Manufacturing: Applied to the back side of composite door substrates such as WPC doors and painted interior doors. It reduces panel bending risks during hot press and post‑processing procedures.
3.Office Partition and Display Board Fabrication: Serves as stress balancing backing for melamine coated panels used in office partitions, exhibition display boards and counter panels. It stabilizes board shape under long‑term indoor ambient changes.
4.Prefabricated Interior Decoration Panels: Matches with various prefab wall panels used in commercial projects. It relieves thermal‑mechanical stress in high volume hot‑press production and blocks substrate color penetration from panel rear surface.
