The workflow includes pulp disintegration, pulp tone adjustment, sheet forming, multi-stage pressing & drying, soft calendering, online visual inspection and jumbo roll rewinding. Equipped with special low-bleaching pulp blending system, the line strictly controls bleaching dosage to stabilize off-white base tone and avoid batch color difference. The fully automatic closed-loop system monitors basis weight, moisture and hue in real time to precisely manage fluorescent content. Online visual inspection automatically removes defects including pinholes, pulp clusters and scratches. Finished jumbo rolls feature tight winding and neat end faces. Balancing paper flexibility and strength, the product meets mass continuous impregnation production demand for cream-style and log-style panels and supports delivery of domestic and overseas light-color panel orders.
Packaging & Shipping
Off‑White Virgin Wood‑Pulp Base Paper belongs to light-tone virgin paper, with key protection against contamination and friction discoloration. Finished rolls are fully wrapped with thick light-color dedicated kraft paper. Paper guard rings are installed on both ends of each roll to protect end faces from dust contamination. Each roll is attached with an individual shipping mark indicating color code, batch No., base weight, web width and net weight. Desiccants are placed inside sea freight containers, and partition baffles are fitted between rolls. Light-colored paper shall be palletized separately and mixing with dark or colored paper on the same pallet is forbidden to prevent cross-color contamination. Domestic delivery adopts fully enclosed trucks. Rolls are stored vertically and heavy stacking is prohibited. Orders of light-colored paper are packed on separate pallets with priority for exclusive container loading to avoid dark dust adhering to paper surface.
