Beige Core‑Consistent Decorative Base Paper

1.Solid beige, no white exposure post-milling

Internally fully-dyed fibers prevent white-core exposure during grooving, sanding and edge trimming, retaining complete color for cabinet sides and milled exposed-edge profiles.

2.Low-glare warm tone, compatible with log-style palettes

Soft warm-beige avoids harsh glare and pairs naturally with log-tone, light-grey and milk-tea-shade panels for cream-style and Japanese-style furniture.

3.Heat-stable hue, anti-darkening performance

High-temperature-resistant colorants resist discoloration and darkening at 170~200℃. Zero color migration after melamine impregnation for long-lasting stable panel color.

4.Even resin absorption for wide-format panels

Balanced fiber structure delivers steady resin uptake, drastically cutting surface shadow and blister defects on large-size boards.

Products Description

Lunan New Materials beige core‑consistent decorative base paper adopts the full‑volume pulp‑dying process. Environment‑friendly warm beige colorant is fully integrated with wood pulp fibers, delivering identical tone on both paper surface and inner core and eliminating whitening risks caused by surface‑only coloring. Selected high‑quality mixed virgin softwood and hardwood pulp endows the paper with soft, low‑glare warm‑beige tone and comfortable visual performance. Specially developed for melamine impregnation deep processing, the paper features excellent sheet formation with no mottling or partial color difference. It can serve as either solid‑color facing layer or balancing layer, compatible with MDF, particleboard, multi‑layer board and other wood‑based substrates. Consistent color remains after grooving and edge trimming, perfectly matching modern log‑style and cream‑style customized panel demands.

Production Line

The beige core‑consistent paper is manufactured on an intelligent special‑color paper production line. Colorants are blended with fibers during pulping and beating to realize genuine in‑pulp dyeing, different from post‑surface coating coloring. Equipped with multi‑channel on‑line color monitoring system, the production line monitors pulp hue in real time to strictly control batch‑to‑batch color deviation. Through web forming and multi‑stage controlled calendering, tightness, air permeability and longitudinal‑transverse strength are precisely stabilized. High‑precision intelligent slitting equipment in downstream section realizes custom width and roll‑length processing. Complete pulp filtration devices reduce pulp specks. Closed‑loop wastewater treatment is implemented to guarantee consistent color performance in mass production as well as green production standards.

Packaging & Shipping

Each roll of beige core‑consistent paper is fully wrapped with heavy‑duty kraft paper and reinforced by special yellow strapping tapes. Hard paper guards are installed at both ends of paper rolls to prevent end‑face damage. Paper rolls are placed vertically on fumigated wooden pallets, and buffer spacers are arranged between stacked layers to avoid surface indentation caused by compression. Pallets are fully wrapped with stretch film for dust‑proof and moisture‑proof purposes.

Closed‑body trucks are preferred for delivery to avoid direct sunlight. Moisture‑proof bags are placed inside containers for sea‑export orders. All rolls shall stand upright inside containers; horizontal stacking is forbidden. Independent paper labels are attached to each roll, marking color shade, basis weight, roll No. and production batch information.

After-Sales Service

1.Physical paper samples are reserved for each production batch with an 8‑month retention period, for hue reference of repeat orders to ensure color consistency.

2.Within 10 working days upon goods receipt, in case of massive end‑face damage, continuous full‑roll mottling or basis weight exceeding tolerance severely, customers shall provide complete photos and videos for verification. Remedial solutions including supplementary rolls or discounted settlement will be offered after technical assessment.

3.On‑site technical support at customer’s trial‑production factories is available. Targeted suggestions on resin pick‑up rate, hot‑press duration and milling‑grooving parameters are provided to optimize processing performance.

4.Complete test reports and FSC document packages are provided for foreign‑trade orders. Third‑party test sample submission coordination is supported.

FAQ

Q1: What basis weight should be selected for beige core‑consistent paper used as balancing layer versus facing layer?

A: 75‑90g/㎡ is recommended for back‑side balancing layer; 100‑125g/㎡ is preferred for direct facing layer for better hiding power and processing property.

Q2: Can the beige shade be adjusted according to our physical sample? What is the MOQ for color customization?

A: Sample‑based color tuning is supported. Minimum order quantity applies for fine‑tuned shades. Please contact sales for exact MOQ and lead time.

Q3: Will the beige core‑consistent paper darken after long‑term storage?

A: Hue remains stable under cool and enclosed warehouse conditions. Direct sunlight shall be avoided, as ultraviolet radiation will trigger color shift of colored paper.

Q4: Are small trial orders acceptable? What is the lead‑time for trial orders?

A: Small sample rolls of standard beige stock are available for prompt delivery. Lead‑time for custom‑spec trial orders depends on production scheduling.

Q5: Will edge color wear‑off occur after milling and grooving?

A: Color is integrated inside fibers via in‑pulp dyeing. Surface color peeling will not happen under normal milling operations. Heavy polishing on grooved edges is not suggested.
