Products Description
Purple Solid‑Color Base Paper is a bulk‑dyed decorative base paper. High‑quality virgin wood pulp is mixed with special light‑fast purple colorants for internal fiber dyeing instead of simple surface coating. The color is consistent across paper surface and core. Optimized for melamine impregnation processing, the paper features clean surface free of pinholes and pulp lumps. It covers multiple color shades including deep purple and taro purple. After hot‑press lamination, it delivers stable color performance without color bleeding or white‑core exposure. It is specially developed for deep‑processing of high‑end custom furniture and commercial engineering panels, and supports edge‑banding‑free applications.

Production Line
Purple Solid‑Color Base Paper is manufactured on the intelligent special‑color decorative base paper production line of Lunan New Materials. The whole workflow includes pulp preparation, on‑line bulk coloring, Fourdrinier sheet forming, multi‑stage pressing & drying, calendering, on‑line visual inspection, rewinding and slitting. Equipped with dedicated pigment mixing system, colorant is fully blended with wood pulp to achieve identical color for surface and core. Closed‑loop automatic system monitors basis weight, moisture and hue in real‑time to correct production deviation. On‑line inspection detects and rejects defects such as pinholes and pulp lumps. Finished rolls have neat end faces. The line supports FSC‑COC certified orders to fulfill mass customized panel demands from domestic and overseas markets.

Packaging & Shipping
As bulk‑dyed colored reel paper, Purple Solid‑Color Base Paper is vulnerable to end‑face chipping and color rubbing. Each finished reel is fully wrapped with thick waterproof PE plastic film. Heavy‑duty reinforced paper edge guards are installed at both ends to protect reel end faces. Individual shipping mark is pasted on every roll, marking color code, batch number, basis weight, width and net weight.
Reels are vertically positioned and locked inside containers. Buffer spacers are placed between rolls to avoid direct friction of different color lots. Container desiccants are equipped to prevent dampness and color smudging during sea shipment. Cargo is firmly fastened to reduce surface abrasion caused by bumping in transit.

After-Sales Service
1.Special inspection report for colored paper is provided for each shipment, including color comparison records against customer‑confirmed signed samples for incoming hue verification.
2.The valid feedback window for appearance defects is 5 working days upon goods receipt. If plastic film breakage, damaged edge guards or surface color smudge are found after unpacking, complete unboxing videos and photos shall be submitted for verification. Replacement solution will be arranged upon valid evidence. Complaints without valid supporting documents will not be accepted.
3.Exclusive color‑sample archive for purple series is established, keeping permanent records of customer‑approved physical samples for repeat‑order production. For brand‑new customized purple shades, sample reels will be delivered first. Mass production will only start after written customer confirmation on hue.
FAQ
Q1: Can different purple shades be loaded in one mixed container?
A: Mixed loading is acceptable. Spacers must be installed between different color rolls to prevent cross‑color rubbing. Please specify quantity of each shade when placing orders.
Q2: Will purple turn reddish or dark after hot pressing?
A: High‑temperature‑resistant colorants avoid obvious color shift under standard melamine hot‑press parameters. Pre‑production trial panel test is recommended to verify compatibility with your resin and hot‑press settings.
Q3: Can we order small‑batch custom shades? What is the MOQ?
A: Minimum roll quantity applies for new customized purple shades. Sampling lead‑time is 7‑10 working days. Mass production starts only after sample confirmation. Stock of existing taro purple and deep purple is available for direct ordering.
Q4: Is FSC certification available for export orders?
A: FSC‑COC supply‑chain certificate can be provided, either attached with shipment or supplied separately.
