Red core paper is an innovative double sided decorative base paper independently developed by Shandong Lunan New Materials. It adopts bidirectional tension symmetrical papermaking technology to achieve full mirror equivalence for fiber structure, color gloss, glue absorption performance and shrinkage index between front and reverse sides. This product covers wine red, retro red, cinnabar red and other red shades. It enables precise pattern alignment with wood grain, stone grain and solid color face papers produced in our factory. It improves common industry challenges such as two side color deviation, pattern misalignment, panel warping and side bending right from the papermaking stage. Basis weight ranges from 100 g/m² to 120 g/m². Standard width is 1250 mm with custom width available. Serving as core special substrate for high end double sided visible furniture, it fits processing of various decorative panels requiring dual side display effect.

A: Matching original Lunan face paper is highly recommended for optimal double sided symmetry performance. Products are produced with batch barcode binding. Color matching and anti warp performance can not be fully guaranteed if paired with third party face paper.
