Brown Kraft Paper

1.High Tear‑Resistance

Optimized long‑fiber formula delivers balanced machine‑direction and cross‑direction strength. It resists rupture under heavy‑load wrapping and pulling, with excellent puncture resistance for heavy‑duty material protection.

2.Natural Brown Shade without Extra Dyes

Retains the inherent brown hue of wood pulp with no additional colorants. It is sun‑light resistant with minimal fading. Color tone stays consistent roll‑to‑roll with well‑controlled batch color difference.

3.Good Air Permeability & Moisture Dissipation

Rational pore structure facilitates moisture release during storage and sea shipment, reducing damp‑induced damage to packaged goods when used as interleaving padding paper.

4.Wide Processing Compatibility

Adaptable to slitting, rewinding, die‑cutting and impregnation processes. Its friction‑resistant surface produces no powder‑fall‑off and avoids dust contamination to protected workpieces.

Products Description

Lunan New Materials Brown Kraft Paper is manufactured from high‑tensile unbleached virgin wood pulp. It features a deep natural brown tone with tightly interwoven fibers and outstanding tear‑and‑puncture resistance. The paper surface presents the original texture of wood pulp, clean and free of impurities such as pulp lumps and pinholes. Balanced mechanical strength, air permeability and resin‑absorbing performance enable it to serve multiple working conditions including industrial protection, packaging padding and deep impregnation processing. It is well‑suited for pallet shipment and long‑distance container maritime transport.

Production Line

Brown Kraft Paper is produced on a special high‑strength paper production line. The full workflow covers long‑fiber wood pulp disintegration, proportioning and pulp conditioning, pressure‑screen purification, Fourdrinier sheet forming, multi‑stage pressing, high‑temperature drying, hard calendering, on‑line defect inspection and rewinding‑slitting. Priority is given to long‑fiber retention technology to guarantee tear‑resistance and puncture‑resistance. An on‑line pulp‑monitoring system stabilizes basis weight, moisture content and natural color tone. Closed‑loop automatic production eliminates defects like pinholes and pulp lumps. Tension is precisely controlled during rewinding to achieve tightly‑wound rolls with neat end faces, preventing loose winding and inter‑layer slippage. It reliably fulfills large‑volume order demands from domestic industrial clients and overseas export partners.

Packaging & Shipping

Finished jumbo rolls are fully wrapped with heavy‑duty kraft paper of the same series. Reinforced hard paper edge protectors are installed on both ends to prevent end‑face chipping and layer loss. Each roll is further wrapped with stretch film for dust‑proof and moisture‑proof protection. Individual shipping marks are labelled showing basis weight, width, batch number and net weight. Rolls are secured onto wooden pallets with steel belts to avoid shifting in transit. Hard separators are placed between rolls inside containers to eliminate friction‑caused scratches during bumpy transportation. Desiccant bags are equipped for ocean freight to mitigate moisture risk. Both full‑container and LCL shipments are supported.

After-Sales Service

Batch‑specific factory test reports containing measured mechanical indicators, moisture content and color‑difference data are supplied together with goods. The appearance‑claim valid period is 5 working days upon goods receipt. In case of damaged pallets, dented roll ends or moisture‑damaged outer wrapping, customers shall provide complete unboxing videos and photos. Technical assessment and corresponding compensation solutions will be offered after verification. Production and inspection records are archived for each batch. Third‑party testing referral service is available for long‑term repeat clients. Damages caused by customer‑conducted secondary slitting or improper storage shall not be borne by our side.

FAQ

Q1: Can Brown Kraft Paper be used in direct contact with metal workpieces?

A: This unbleached kraft base paper is non‑corrosive and works well as interleaving paper for metal coils and hardware parts. For high‑standard anti‑rust requirements, we recommend combining it with anti‑rust film.

Q2: Does higher basis weight always mean better tear resistance?

A: Not exactly. Tear performance is mainly determined by long‑fiber proportion. Our long‑fiber‑formulated paper delivers superior tear‑resistance versus ordinary kraft paper at equal basis weight. Sample rolls can be sent for customer side‑by‑side testing.

Q3: Is small‑size slitting available? What is the MOQ?

A: Multiple custom slitting sizes are supported with inevitable processing loss. Minimum order quantity applies for custom small‑size orders. Spot jumbo rolls are available for small trial orders. Please contact our sales team for lead‑time confirmation.

Q4: Will the paper change color during long‑term sea shipment?

A: No dyes are added for its natural brown color. Color tone remains stable under dry container storage conditions. Avoid direct sunlight and open‑air high‑temperature & high‑humidity stacking to retain original brown appearance.

Application Scenarios

1.Industrial Protective Interleaving: Used as separator paper for metal coils, steel materials and hardware components to prevent surface scratches during transportation.

2.Heavy‑Duty Packaging & Wrapping: Outer wrapping for over‑sized goods and pallet‑loaded cargo; buffer protection inside containers.

3.Building‑Material Processing: Interleaving padding paper in building‑material manufacturing; also serves as base substrate for partial board impregnation processing.

4.Warehouse Moisture‑Proof Separator: Stack‑layering paper in warehouses to block upward ground moisture transmission.
