It supports various processes including white ink printing, color printing, hot stamping, embossing and die cutting. Multiple basis weights are available. Uniform cross-web thickness and controllable batch color difference. Widely used for various product outer packaging, paper shopping bags and gift packaging. RoHS & REACH compliant, odor-free. Sheets and rolls are available, custom slitting is acceptable.

Production Line
We own professional dyed kraft paper production lines with integrated processes: pulp preparation, dyeing, papermaking, drying and calendering, together with on-line inspection. The calendering process ensures smooth and fine paper surface. Real-time online quality monitoring checks basis weight, thickness, color difference and strength to reduce defective rate and stabilize batch quality. We can flexibly switch orders of different basis weights and colors, supporting both small trial orders and large-volume export orders.
Packaging&Shipping
Sheet goods are wrapped with waterproof paper and fixed on pallets. Rolls are wrapped by waterproof film with edge protectors on both ends of paper cores to avoid damage during transit. All goods are stored in cool and dry warehouse and re-inspected before shipment. Sea freight and air freight are available as requested. Packing list can be provided for FCL and LCL shipments. We can mark shipping marks as required, share packing photos and logistics updates timely to ensure safe delivery of goods.

FAQ
Q：Will this coffee kraft paper fade?
A：It adopts pulp internal dyeing technology. No color fading under dry condition. Slight color bleeding may occur if soaked in liquid for a long time, so it is not recommended for long-term water immersion scenarios.
Q：Is the paper surface suitable for white ink printing and hot stamping?
A：Yes. Matte and porous surface ensures even ink absorption. It supports white ink printing, color printing, hot stamping, embossing and die-cutting with stable ink adhesion.
Q：Can it be slit into custom roll widths or sheet sizes?
A：Yes. Standard roll width ranges from 500–1100mm, custom narrow rolls are available. Flat sheets can also be cut to your required dimensions.
Q：How about the air permeability of coffee kraft paper? Can it be used for food packaging?
A：Made of virgin wood pulp with good air permeability. It can be used for outer packaging of general food and bakery products. Coating or lamination is available if oil & water resistance is required.
