It features excellent paper formation and spot free clean surface with stable and well saturated blue background tone. Suitable for subsequent printing and melamine impregnation to produce impregnated decorative paper. It is compatible with hot press lamination process for panel furniture, HPL and other boards. Large roll bulk supply is available to meet mass production demands of furniture manufacturers.

Production Line
Blue printed paper is made from high quality wood pulp through pulp preparation, forming, drying and sizing. It adopts eco friendly water based ink and is equipped with closed loop tension and automatic color register systems to precisely control blue hue. The ink features strong adhesion and resists color bleeding and fading during impregnation. The whole production line conducts on line monitoring of basis weight, color difference and appearance defects, and finished products are packed with moisture proof materials.
Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Paper rolls are fully wrapped with heavy duty kraft paper. Rigid end covers are installed on both ends, reinforced by stretch film for dust proof, collision proof and moisture proof performance.
Storage: Place finished goods vertically on wooden pallets in dry and ventilated warehouse, keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Logistics: Full truck or LTL shipment. Secure rolls during loading. Cover with tarpaulin in rainy and snowy weather for moisture protection.
