Packaging & Shipping

Q2: Does in-pulp dyeing of Green Solid Color Base Paper cause color difference between inner and outer layers or two ends of one roll?
A: The production line uses continuous online spectrum color measurement. Pigments are fully mixed in the pulp tank before papermaking. Color difference between the start and end of each roll is controlled within industry standards under normal production. It is recommended to test impregnated hot-pressed samples before mass production to confirm final panel color.
Q3: Can Green Solid Color Base Paper be laminated directly without balancing paper?
A: Featuring strong hiding power, it can replace balancing paper for ordinary wood-based panels to reduce raw material costs. If the substrate has severe color difference or the panel is thin, balancing paper is still recommended to prevent panel warping caused by uneven stress.
Q4: What special storage requirements for Green Solid Color Base Paper?
A: The warehouse must be kept away from light with relative humidity at 42%-63%. Store rolls vertically. Separate different color codes to prevent cross-color from friction. Process unpacked rolls as soon as possible and avoid long-term bare storage.
