No delamination or cracking occurs during winding, and finished paper cores are crush-resistant and deformation-free. Featuring uniform brown color and smooth surface, it supports customized specifications. With strict quality control, it maintains consistent batch performance and reliable supply, suitable for manufacturing all types of paper cores and tubes. It can be used for paper cores in many roll industries including adhesive tapes, plastic films and textile yarns, and basis weight and width can be adjusted according to customer requirements to fit different production lines.

Production Line
Our fully automatic brown core paper production line adopts recycled fibers as raw materials. The whole papermaking process includes pulping, stock preparation, purification, web forming, pressing, drying and surface finishing. Key indicators such as ring crush strength and ply bond strength are tested online in real time. Jumbo core board rolls can be precisely slitted to customized widths as per orders. Closed-loop quality control throughout production stabilizes physical properties and guarantees consistent quality across batches.
Packaging&Shipping
Finished jumbo brown core paper rolls are supported with rigid paper cores. Both ends of the paper rolls are wrapped and sealed with adhesive tape to prevent moisture ingress and edge damage. Packed rolls are transported by truck to seaports and then loaded into shipping containers for sea freight. Cargo is firmly secured inside containers to avoid shifting and damage. Both FCL and LCL shipments are available. Custom shipping marks and a full set of customs documents can be provided to keep products intact during ocean transportation.
