Product Overview
Furniture Printing Paper is made of high-quality wood pulp base paper with high-precision multi-color printing. It delivers clear and realistic patterns including wood grain, marble and solid colors. The paper features good formation and smooth surface, strong ink adhesion and high light fastness to prevent fading. It has excellent impregnating performance and stable dimension, suitable for melamine resin impregnation and hot pressing. It runs well on high-speed production lines without tearing or warping. Good hiding power covers substrate color effectively. Available in various grammages and custom slit widths, new patterns can be developed upon request. Widely applied for furniture, cabinet, wall panel and wood-based panel surface decoration.

After-sales service
1. Document Support: Factory inspection reports are available upon request. Corresponding certification documents can be provided for FSC-certified batches.
2. Technical Support: Provide technical communication assistance for problems occurring in customers’ printing, impregnation and hot-pressing processes to jointly analyze abnormal conditions.
3. Claim Handling: Inspect packages and rolls immediately upon goods arrival. For damaged or quality-related objections, submit written feedback with photos and samples within agreed time for verification and disposal.
4. Return & Replacement Policy: Quality issues caused by our base paper will be handled in accordance with signed commercial contracts after mutual confirmation. Defects caused by improper customer transportation, storage or incorrect processing parameters are not covered by after-sales compensation.
5. Technical Suggestion: Process reference advice can be offered, which cannot replace on-site parameter debugging at customer’s production plant. Customers shall adjust printing and impregnation parameters according to their own equipment.
Packaging
Printed decor paper is delivered in jumbo mother rolls. Serrated paper corner guards are installed at both ends to protect roll faces. Each roll is tightly sealed with waterproof stretch film against moisture and handling damage. Every roll is labelled with model, basis weight, width, batch number and weight for identification and traceability.
Stacking & Loading-unloading
Paper rolls must be stacked vertically. Horizontal stacking is prohibited to prevent deformation and end face damage. Handle with care; dropping or impact on roll ends is not allowed.
Transportation
Rolls shall be placed vertically and firmly secured on trucks to avoid shifting. The truck compartment shall be kept dry with rain proof measures on rainy days. Do not ship together with wet goods to prevent moisture damage.
Warehousing
Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse with humidity 45-65%. Keep away from floors, walls and direct sunlight. Moisture will lead to defects in printing and impregnation. Under proper storage conditions, use within 6 months upon arrival.

Scenario 1: Custom Panel Furniture
Application Field: Cabinets, wardrobes, bookcases, shoe cabinets and other custom furniture Specific Usage: Printed with wood grain & textures, impregnated with melamine resin and hot pressed as surface decorative layer for furniture panels. Applicable Environment: Indoor household ambient temperature and normal humidity. Avoid long term direct sunlight, water soaking and high humidity enclosed conditions.
Scenario 2: Flooring Industry
Application Field: Laminate flooring, SPC flooring Specific Usage: Printed with simulated wood grain for floor surface decoration. Compatible with register match embossing to restore real wood texture. Applicable Environment: Indoor floor application, 10℃~60℃. Avoid prolonged water immersion.
Scenario 3: Interior Doors & Wall Panels
Application Field: Interior doors, WPC doors, integrated wall panels, wood veneer panels Specific Usage: Printed with wood grain and stone grain as decorative surface for doors and wall panels. Applicable Environment: Residential & commercial indoor space with good ventilation, no persistent high humidity.

Application Field: HPL high-pressure laminate, melamine faced panels, office furniture, hotel & shopping mall decoration boards Specific Usage: Serve as printing substrate for HPL and decorative panels for commercial interior decoration. Q1: Does printed decor paper come with printed patterns? Can you supply finished patterned paper?
A1: No patterns on base paper. We only supply base paper. Patterns should be printed by downstream gravure printing factories.
Q2: What stock specifications do you have? Can we customize basis weight and width?
A2: Standard basis weight ranges from 70-120g/m², regular stock:70g,80g,90g. Standard widths are available in stock. Custom basis weight and width are acceptable with MOQ requirement.
