It features excellent paper formation and clean paper surface with even and full black background free of stray spots. Suitable for subsequent over printing and impregnation processing, it can be made into melamine impregnated paper. Widely applied to surface lamination of panel furniture, fire retardant boards and decorative panels. Compatible with the full process of post printing, impregnation and hot pressing. Equipped with online basis‑weight and color‑difference inspection systems, the production line precisely controls the uniformity of the black background color, effectively reduces batch‑to‑batch color deviation, and ensures a clean and spot‑free paper surface.
Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Paper rolls are fully wrapped with heavyduty kraft paper. Both ends are sealed with rigid end covers to prevent collision, dust contamination and moisture. Wrapped with stretch film for reinforcement.
Logistics: Full truck or LTL shipment. Secure rolls during loading to avoid damage from collision. Keep goods rain proof with tarpaulin in wet weather.
Notice: Store goods indoors upon arrival; outdoor stacking is prohibited.
